Are you crazy about sports and betting? Are you a shrewd hockey bettor with an eye for value and know how to make a compelling case? Then Pickswise is looking for you!

We are actively recruiting new NHL writers to join the Pickswise brand with in-depth knowledge of hockey as well as a great understanding of the betting industry and an eye for value picks.

Your key responsibilities

Writing up to five NHL game previews each night throughout the season and playoffs

Write to a high standard with interesting betting insight and a strong argument for your pick

Provide solid analysis and assessment of the money line, puck line, and total betting markets, highlighting where the value lies

Support others within the Pickswise NHL content team

About you

Great knowledge of hockey and the NHL

Understanding of betting/odds essential

Passionate about sports betting

Experience in writing is preferred but not essential

Able to formulate a convincing argument through solid analysis with the use of statistics to back up what you are saying

Able to work well both independently and collaboratively as part of an integrated team — strong communication skills are a must

Strong understanding of the importance of correct grammar and punctuation
